Use very small amounts on the tired portion of your body.
Use as a massage oil when diluted - 2 or 3 drops in 50 mls of coconut oil.Directions:
Can be diluted with an inert oil, such as pure coconut, if you want to use it for a massage oil.
This blend is all pure, full-strength essential oils undiluted and with no carrier oil so only very small amounts need be used.
Diffuser: Place 2 to 6 drops in clean distilled water in an Australiana Botanicals diffuser.
Topical use: Use a very small amount on inside wrists, ankles, lower back neck or other places that you may enjoy the aroma.
PLEASE NOTE: This essential oil is pure and of the highest quality and concentration and is NOT diluted with carrier oils (carrier oils, such as fractionated coconut oil, are inert oils designed to dilute and reduce cost). Dilution mean you get less oil and less benefit. We don't do that.
