Australian Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender is the oil of happiness! Australian Lavender is reputedly one of the best found anywhere in the world. A highly popular fragrance Lavender not only calms the mind and relieves stress but was the only oil, in a French study, that was found to consistently elicit a feeling of “happiness”. Side benefits appear to be an excellent cleansing agent.

Emotionally, it is known for helping to alleviate depression, anxiety, and helps you to have a restful sleep.  Its calming effect can help reduce stress and panic.

Physically, it helps with minor skin irritations.  It also helps to nourish your skin.

Australian Lavender blends well with other oils.  Citrus and floral-scented oils are a good blend.  When blended with Tea Tree and Eucalyptus oils it makes an excellent steam inhalation.

PLEASE NOTE: This essential oil is pure and of the highest quality and concentration and is NOT diluted with carrier oils (carrier oils, such as fractionated coconut oil, are inert oils designed to dilute and reduce cost). Dilution mean you get less oil and less benefit. We don't do that.

• Use one to two drops in the diffuser of your choice.
• Place a drop on your pillow to help get a restful sleep.
• Apply one drop to the desired area or mix with coconut oil and massage to the desired area on the skin.
• Rub a few drops in your hands and inhale deeply for an immediate calming effect.
• Rub a few drops on the soles of your feet at bedtime to help you fall asleep.
• Use as a bath oil or as a perfume on any part of the body.

Diffusion: Use one to two drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one drop to the desired area.
