PLEASE NOTE: This essential oil is pure and of the highest quality and concentration and is NOT diluted with carrier oils (carrier oils, such as fractionated coconut oil, are inert oils designed to dilute and reduce cost). Dilution mean you get less oil and less benefit. We don't do that.

What it Does

Use when you feel a need for an emotional lift. When under stress, feeling depressed or down, exercising and during yoga practice. Place a tiny amount on your inside wrist, the soles of your feet or underarms.

Add a few drops in your Australiana diffuser or a warm relaxing bath.

Ingredients

Lemon Oil, Grapefruit Oil, Tangerine Oil, Spearmint Oil, Cedarwood Oil, Lemon Myrtle Oil

Directions

This blend is all pure, full-strength essential oils undiluted and with no carrier oil so only very small amounts need be used.
Diffuser: Place 2 to 6 drops in clean distilled water in an Australiana Botanicals diffuser.
Topical use: Use a very small amount on inside wrists, ankles, lower back neck or other places that you may enjoy the aroma.
