Place a few drops of CALM in a diffuser or dab a tiny amount on your inside wrist. Wonderfully aromatic this blend will bring peace and calm to your day.

PLEASE NOTE: This essential oil is pure and of the highest quality and concentration and is NOT diluted with carrier oils (carrier oils, such as fractionated coconut oil, are inert oils designed to dilute and reduce cost). Dilution mean you get less oil and less benefit. We don't do that.

What it Does

Apply to the back of the neck and/or chest to promote restful and calm sleep.
Apply to you or and your children's wrists at the end of the day to quiet restlessness from the day's activities.
Apply to bottoms of feet at bedtime to settle down before going to sleep.

Add a few drops in your Australiana diffuser or to a warm relaxing bath.

Ingredients

Aromatic Description: Sweet, floral, soft woody

Main Constituents: Cedarwood Oil, Patchouli Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Kunzea Oil, Lemon Myrtle, Buddha Wood (Australian Desert Rose), White Cypress

Directions

Diffusion: Use one to two drops in the diffuser of your choice or bath water.

Topical Use: Apply a very small amount to the desired area.
