This is David from Australiana.
In this post I wanted to get a bit more personal. So, I have a question for you.
Do you want to make REAL improvements to your skin? Most people do. If so, then you have to give it time. 45 days to be exact. That’s how long it takes for your skin to cycle.
What does that mean?
A skin cycle is the time it takes for new cells to develop at the deepest level of your skin's outer layer, mature and rise to the surface. This whole process takes up to 45 days.
What skin really needs and wants is NUTRITION.....not chemicals!
How Do You Get Skin Nutrition?
I'll tell you that in a minute. But let’s talk about you first.
What would it mean to you to have perfect skin?
Who even has perfect skin? The answer is, very few! In my years in this industry I have seen very few people who have anywhere near perfect skin. Just about all of us have problems or things we don’t like about our skin (and even ourselves, sadly). Enlarged pores, dark circles, uneven pigmentation, tags, acne and zits, dry flaky skin and the list goes on and on.
So, if you ever feel down because you have less than perfect skin, please don’t. First of all it’s not your fault! You are simply being human.
I know that you have probably tried just about everything. From expensive stuff to supermarket shelf stuff. Most often it doesn’t seem to work, right?
That’s because most skin care companies don’t take the right approach. They want to give you instant results to impress you. So you buy some more. But that’s often the worst thing you could do. If a skin care product gives you an instant, or fast result, it’s because its loaded with harsh, powerful chemicals. Often harmful.
Think about it! How else is it doing what it does? They give you a temporary result but its gone in the morning. So what have you gained? The worse thing is that those harsh chemicals are often toxic and damage your skin in the long run. And may even be accelerating your skin aging. Hmmm. That’s not what you want is it?
What skin needs to thrive, improve, heal and look awesome is nutrition. Skin food! Vitamins, minerals, antioxidants to fight those nasty free radicals. Makes sense, right? That’s how our body works.
Does that mean you have to eat lots of fruit and veggies? Yep, that’s certainly part of it. (And drink lots of water too.) But there are other ways to “feed” your skin with the good things it needs.
I’ll tell you how next time. Oh yeah, and I’ll tell you about our 45-Day Skin Transformation Challenge.
Bye for now!
